Clean Sweep

It’s June 1st and that means the Clean Sweep ARC Challenge is officially over!  I actually did really good for me! I’m still stuck on The Eternity Cure by Julie Kagawa but I kind of expected that to happen. I read her stuff very slowly, although I must say that at 30% it’s gotten veeeeerrrry interesting.

A great big HUGE THANK YOU to Kimba the Caffeinated Reviewer and Kimberly at The Windy Pages for hosting this awesome month-long event.

Here’s my results:

Success!

  • I don’t have my review of A Cursed Embrace (Weird Girls #2) up anywhere yet because I’m holding back until the blog tour.  I’m up on June 18th :).  Just know I liked it…  a lot.
  • My review of Dare You To (Pushing the Limits #2) by Katie McGarry.

  • I read Release Me (Stark Trilogy #1) by J. Kenner but I haven’t reviewed it – I kind of forgot.  But I did really enjoy it for what it was and gave it a 4 star review.  I’ll write the review soon.
  • As I alluded to earlier, I’m stuck in Julie Kagawa’s prolific, wordy world of The Eternity Cure (Blood of Eden #2).

Eh, so goes my blogging life…  see books, pick them up, no time to read, write AND live!!!

Hope y’all had a great month of reading!!!

About Kristin

Kristin has to ensure she gets her minimal requirement of "happily ever after" books in between those books that contain cliffhangers and never-ending story arcs. It's for her family's sake. When not reading, she's homeshooling her 10-year old son, watching cartoons on TV, or taking a nap.

  1. Yay! I hate to sound like the mom I am, but it’s not the number of books or reviews, it’s the space you were able to devote to them in your schedule. 🙂

It takes me forever to get through Kagawa too – mostly because after the Iron Fey series, everything she’s written bores me to tears until nearly the end so I don’t read it anymore. lol
