The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer and it’s a chance to showcase new books and re-cap your week of blogging.

I had every intention of writing a ton of reviews last week, visiting blogs… you know, “book blogging”.  But best laid plans and such.  Meh, there’s always next week, rights? 🙂

We’re supposed to get 3-5 inches of wet snow today.  YAY!  A good excuse to hide inside and read, watch TV, and play on the computer.  Hope you’re staying healthy, enjoying your Christmas or Hanukkah shopping, and generally soaking up the season.

For the sixth year in the row (Yes, it’s six.  I used my fingers to count), I will be participating in Fiktshun’s Top 10 of the Year posts that she does every year.  If you’re interested in participating, check out the details HERE or click the button above.

Thank you to Macmillan and HarperCollins!

Is anyone else having problems with line breaks in WordPress this weekend or is it just me???  Grrrrrr….  This computer could be airborne very, very soon….

About Kristin

Kristin has to ensure she gets her minimal requirement of “happily ever after” books in between those books that contain cliffhangers and never-ending story arcs. It’s for her family’s sake. When not reading, she’s homeshooling her 10-year old son, watching cartoons on TV, or taking a nap.

  1. That’s a great excuse to stay in lol. They’re saying 5-10 inches over here but it hasn’t started yet- overnight I guess. We have a bit already though thanks to a few days ago. The roads sucked!

This is a good time of year to chill blog- wise, there’s so much going on. It’s going by fast too, man I got shopping to do!

    • I almost went on the Twitter-sphere to scream “White Hot” was on Edelweiss!!! I freaked when I saw it!! And yes, I will NEED a re-read, too 🙂

    • Why, yes, you sold me on Bossman! It’s $3,99 for goodness sake AND I’m trying a new author. What do I have to lose? 😀

    • It actually gets cold down there?? WOW!!! Now’s the time your mom really should visit – she’s up here in Michigan with us, right?? Brrrrrr….. 🙂

  2. We just got our first little bit of snow here near Pittsburgh. Its only about 2 inches I think, but I guess we are supposed to get a bunch of rain on top of it tonight. Snow I can handle, but I am not a fan of ice! Actually I’m a pretty big sissy when it comes to any kind of cold. haha! You’re blog is so adorable! I love the little animals hiding on the sides. lol!

  3. WordPress and I have been having ‘disagreements’ lately. But I am so jealous you are going to get snow!!!! I still haven’t gotten anything but a few flurries and I want snow, damnit!

    • Hey, I saw the snow swirling around you this morning!! I’ll try and blow some your way but my brother usually yells at me when I do that 😉 tee, hee!!

  4. We’re not getting a lot of cold weather here in So Cal but I do sympathize with you on the snow. Perfect excuse to stay in and do all of the things we book nerds love to do though. Ha!

Better luck this week on all the things you wanted to get done last week. I’m just tossing in the towel until I get over my blog slump. I keep saying next week, I’ll do better and the next week comes and nope. I’m still slumping. *sigh*

    Have a great week, Kristin!
