In the realm of book series, we readers have very little patience. We kick, scream, and throw epic tantrums when the next book in a beloved series doesn’t come out […]

I’ve been looking forward to Archer’s story since Jill Shalvis’ the last full book in the Heartbreaker Bay series.
Jamie, I don’t like you. Why am I reading a book about you? 😉
“I did not see that coming” How often can you say that about a mystery, or about any book these days? Hey, how about a young adult book? Well, have I got a book for you!
Test Drive, the first book in Marie Harte’s Body Shop Bad Boys series is THE classic story of two people dating and all the jitters, butterflies, wondering, and miscommunication that comes along with it.
I bought and read the first book in Sarina Bowen’s True North series, Bittersweet, back in early July 2016 just after it came out. Unfortunately, I never got around to doing a full review on it but I really loved the escape to a dairy farm and orchard up in Vermont. I missed her second book, Steadfast, but out TODAY is Keepsake, the third book.
I’m going to try very hard to keep this review spoiler-free but suffice it to say, it’s going to be hard! If you haven’t started this series yet, you’re a loser like I’ve been. There’s a program for that and it’s called peer pressure – START READING THIS SERIES NOW!
If you’ve been living under a rock, you may have missed the fact that everyone is loving all over The Others series by Anne Bishop. I finally made it a priority to find out what all the fuss is about.
I just couldn’t ignore this story. Oh, I tried. I saw the beautiful cover, read the synopsis, and thought, “Score!” But then I skimmed reviews and saw the dreaded cliffhanger and ‘story continued in book two’ dribble. I hung my head and walked away.
I am officially addicted to Elle Kennedy’s writing. She writes good 😉 Seriously, though, I had her Off-Campus series in my Top Ten books of 2015. Each book has been worth every cent I paid for it, probably more.
This entire series has been an addiction with me. I read Drew’s story in The Hook Up and was floored by the amount of PLOT in the romance. I pounced on Gray’s story in The Friend Zone. So there was no looking back when I could finally, FINALLY (yes, I am screaming) know what the heck is going on in quiet Dex’s mind.
I sort of feel guilty that I’m putting both of these book reviews in a single post. For one, each book will be on my favorites list of 2015 this year. They are both that good. And second, each book needs their own limelight, their own little space under the spotlight so everyone notices this series.
