Cover Reveal: Bedmates by Nichole Chase

Even though it’s not out until October this year, I’m looking forward to reading this new series from Nichole Chase. I’ve wanted to read her books for a while now so this new series is a great place to start. And the cover is pretty to look at.

Review: Listen to Me by Kristen Proby

Kristen Proby is back with a new series surrounding five best friends who open a trendy restaurant in Portland, Oregon. It’s actually a brilliant idea, especially if you love “girlfriend” stories. Enter at your own “grammar” risk…

Review: All Broke Down by Cora Carmack

It’s Fall and that means FOOTBALL around my parts! I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my lazy afternoon with my sick son than re-reading All Broke Down by Cora Carmack and dreaming of Ohio State Football Saturdays of past.

Review: Loving Dallas by Caisey Quinn

I did not, did not, DID NOT like Dallas Lark in Leaving Amarillo, the first book in Caisey Quinn’s Neon Dreams series. The guy was a bossy, self absorbed, drill sergeant of a big brother to Dixie, his younger sister. I dreaded picking up this book number two for so many reasons but none of them held any whiskey by the time I finished this in yet again record time. As usual, it takes the woman to make the man…

Review: Leaving Amarillo by Caisey Quinn

Ever feel like you’re the last to know? That’s seems to be me lately. I don’t know if it is because of the blogging break I took a while back or it’s because I just don’t have the right connections. Either way, I keep hearing about these awesome series and authors and then I’m starting them waaaay after everyone has moved onto book three or four. Case in point…

Review: Undaunted by Ronnie Douglas

As soon as I figured out that Ronnie Douglas was Melissa Marr, I had to know what she was going to do with the new adult genre. Especially because she noted that she wrote from experience on her Ronnie Douglas website. Sounds like fun to me!

Review: Tease by Sophie Jordan

Writing romance is nothing new for Sophie Jordan. She’s been doing it for a while now with historical romances. But I absolutely LOVED her first book in her Ivy Chronicles series, Foreplay. This New Adult series has books with simple, silly titles that actually completely capture the entire story in one word.

Review: A Little Too Hot by Lisa Desrochers

The third book in the A Little Too Far series by Lisa Desrochers completely held me in it’s grip for it’s entire 284 pages. I needed pages 285, 286, 287… I went into this book thinking it was just going to be a typlcal “Cinderella” story with heat added. I was not expecting the intriguing story I got, the action, and to ultimately like both Sam and Harrison. And what happened to Sam? I never saw it coming!! But more on my freak out in a moment…

Review: Trust in Me by J. Lynn

Even though you really need to read the first book (Wait for You) to get the full effect of this book, Trust in Me can still stand on its own as a playful and heartwarming love story told from the guy’s point of view!
