Hot Holiday Nights fit perfectly into my reading “repertoire”. It had Christmas vacation getaway appeal, a romantic fling with a hot surfer, and then a story about opening new doors in your life and taking chances when opportunity (and LOVE) plop themselves down into your lap.
Well, this is a new one for me! A NICE slow romance built around a strong central protagonist – and it ain’t the girl in the relationship! I so enjoyed this deep look into our military men and the challenges our bravest face in all facets of their lives. Toss […]
Ahhh, Christmas themed books… good or bad, they WILL get you into the mood for the holidays. But what if a “holiday” story took you from Halloween all the way through to Christmas? Wouldn’t that be spectacular? Well, “spectacular” is right here because Jessica Lemmon may have titled the book […]
This entire series has been an addiction with me. I read Drew’s story in The Hook Up and was floored by the amount of PLOT in the romance. I pounced on Gray’s story in The Friend Zone. So there was no looking back when I could finally, FINALLY (yes, I am screaming) know what the heck is going on in quiet Dex’s mind.
I am inexperienced when it comes to reading male/male romance. My previous experiences have only been side stories in other books. So I’m a relative virgin. Leveled, being my first story where the protagonists are gay and face a completely different set of challenges when it comes to dancing the […]
Jessica Lemmon is an author I have been trying to make time to read ever since I saw all the great reviews for her Second Chance series. She lives in Ohio so of course she’s awesome… and probably an awesome writer, too 😉 So when I saw my two favorite bloggers grab the first book in her new Lost Boys series, Fighting for Devlin, I knew what my next step was… copy what they did and request the book.
I sort of feel guilty that I’m putting both of these book reviews in a single post. For one, each book will be on my favorites list of 2015 this year. They are both that good. And second, each book needs their own limelight, their own little space under the spotlight so everyone notices this series.
It’s never too early to start planning your holiday reading, especially with the Ho-Ho-Ho Read-a-Thon right around the corner. Sourcebooks Casablanca is here to help you find your perfect holiday hero!
I was thrilled to see that Ms. Robson started a sort of spin-off series focus on each of the O’Briens. Her first book, Once Kissed, focuses on Curran, the cop.
I picked up True Divide by Liora Blake completely on a whim. I hadn’t heard of Ms. Blake’s writing yet. But I was intrigued by the dichotomy between the title of the book and the cover. The cover screams HOT romance but the title tells me that these two are worlds apart on something. Do I have you wondering? I was and if you know anything about me, you know I need closure in ALL things. So IN I dove!
